If you’re really lean, there really isn’t any difference between subQ and “shallow” IM. I use 29g 5/16 directly into muscle (I have very little fat). I do daily mainly because my SHBG is very low.
~18mg daily - gets me around 850-900 TT - low SHBG (about 12-15) - use 29g 1/2” needle into shoulders, glute - No HCG, No AI - no hematocrit issues - I started daily injections several years ago, originally thinking SubQ into abdominal fat - didn’t see any specific benefit to trying to hit fat...
The main (and perhaps only) thing I noticed was that for nearly the first time in my life, I would have more vivid dreams / remember them in the morning. Sometimes that’s a good thing, sometimes bad!
How often are you injecting and at what dose? I do EOD and have done labs at 24 hours and 48 hours post injection- you might consider that to really get good data on what’s happening in your own body. Perhaps T levels are spiking more than you realize, which also causes e2 to spike? Just a...
SHBG is actually quite low (11 last test). Nearly five years ago when I started test, I had been put on 1 mg Arimidex per week. I’ve never felt worse in my life. From there, I’ve been experimenting and learning. My problem has always been that rollercoaster of feeling great and then crappy...
I’ve had similar issues in the past trying to chase E2 and varying dosages of Arimidex. Finally figured that’s what was causing the roller coaster feelings. Haven’t taken a AI since December and it’s been by far the best six months out of the past four on T. Try to let go of the AI.
Started pregnenolone in January immediately after stopping HCG and AI. I had done testing for pregnenolone and my number was at the bottom of the Quest range. Hard to know exactly what’s its doing vs. stopping HCG/AI. I do know that I tried increasing pregnenolone from 30mg 1x day to 50mg 1x...
I’ve got very low SHBG (usually 13-18). Tried weekly, 3x week, EOD and daily injections. Tried test cream on scrotum. Tried all different iterations of HCG doses and timing. Tried all different iterations of AI doses and timing. After 3-4 years of experimenting, and lots of lab work, I’ve...
I did ED for several months. Switched to EOD and can’t say I noticed much difference at all. Given that, I’ll stick with EOD as it’s a little less hassle.
