almost 4 months in. main side effects are dry lips, fatigue, eye watering occasionally and sky nostril/nosebleeds.

I had similar issues when i first got on trt. It took a lot of adjusting before i solved it and started feeling amazing.

Trial at U-Health found that intranasal testosterone gel led to blood not thickening (nearly) at all vs Injectable which was led to definite blood thickening.

2 months on accutane currently. Also not on trt at the moment. I feel ok. Tired and definitely more anxious but i can function. Been doin Brazilian jiu jitsu every day. Cut out pre workout. Just black coffee in the mornings. So far so good. 60mg of accutane daily. Bumping to 80 for 4 more months...
Im sensitive to a alot of stuff. 105 mg of test a week puts me at 1,200 ng/dl Total test.
So far the accutane at 30 mg has me clearer than Ive ever been. Also Im doing Jiu Jitsu again so its been helpful in keeping me clear in that department
