What is the mechanism/cause of the throbbing or pushes ejaculate out?
I always had the throbbing before any symptoms happened, then the no-libido, no morning wood happened and throbbing as well as orgasm sensation disappeared.
More recently I am starting to have the throbbing again, but not...
Further testing, looking into other causes/specialists, whatever medications that can help.
Was hormonal treatment an option at T of 700, but SHBG of 60? Free T % is 1.5%
He has posted a university backed video on symptoms of low T, and while on the phone with me as “an expert in the male reproductive system.”
I’m thinking of filing a lawsuit for the ridiculous lack of treatment. He did not do anything which still causes consequences to this day. No treatment...
Yes, I have had many over the years.
When I first saw this doctor, T was 620, shbg of 37. I should have had some kind of treatment. I spiraled downward, then I tried Saw Palmetto.
He doesn’t help when shbg went up to 60.
I’m looking at DHT heptanoate injectable or a DHT cream and combining with HCG to preserve fertility.
Is this a workable combo? I have high SHBG and would like to preserve fertility.
Very low libido, no morning wood for a while, no pleasure with orgasm, couldn’t stay awake during the day. Could have sex at that point but had to coax erect and like kegel hold it.
Hey all,
I’m frustrated with the misdirection of a top state university endocrinologist/professor that has overseen me, starting with my 1st appointment in 2010. I have had mixed, unguided direction and ZERO medication/advice from him.
I just wrote up a huge description on here, but I’m...
Each bottle is $220, and that’s the downside of 3 bottles a month.
It reminds me of Vaseline in your septum. First thing you’ll notice is the smell, but it’s easy to get used to it. Every once in a while you’ll feel like scratching your nose, and it’s greasy a few hours after application.
No...
I can’t afford $220x2-3=440-660 a month because there’s no way it lasts but one pump per nostril a day. Maybe I’ll be able to afford if my business is successful.
Looks like my appointment with Defy may not happen. The front office wants my PSA, CBC, MP, but will ask the doctor if it’s ok to...
It’s the free T % that was similar. I’m not here to argue about that though.
I can be on one thread where people say T and free T don’t matter, then get clobbered over SHBG in this thread.
It’s decent, but I have the same free testosterone as someone with a T of sub 300 and normal shbg.
I’m really looking into this pelvic congestion caused by stomach/colon infections. Doing natural cleanses and stuff now. Congestion inflames the pelvic floor and surrounding tissue. I think those...
LH and FSH are normal before Natesto. It has been tested by various doctors over the years, and neither have been below 5
Did you have problems with high SHBG? Enclomiphene is going to probably bring my T up to 1000, like regular clomid did, but you said you had no sexual symptoms with T less...
Yes, baseline natural T is 700 with SHBG of 66, sensitive E2 at 19. I overdosed on a vitamin D supplement and blood tests reflect it. So vitamin D deficiency and high estrogen can be ruled out for high SHBG. LH and FSH always both around 6ish so I don’t bother testing it.
On regular Clomid and...
Sensitive E2 before Natesto was 19. Peptides are notorious for lowering e2, plus it was tadalafil which lowers e2. I used it on a Saturday, felt great on Tuesday, then baselined and had the labs done Friday.
Natesto is a quick absorbing T that apparently won’t shut down natural T. I thought...
Not sure if I can afford 3 bottles a month, and hard to say if the doctor would even approve 3 bottles a month. Probably time to go HCG to finally rule out SHBG.
I’m going to be looking into pelvic floor congestion/ infection after reading an article.
My baseline SHBG in December right before Natesto was 66. Now it’s 56, and 56 is about my average SHBG so not sure if Natesto is doing anything.
I could try more Natesto, but the bottle doesn’t last very long- may have to do 2 or 3 bottles a month. I’m almost out and I was too depressed to go...
Here are my results after 2 months of taking Natesto, and while on a low iron diet. I was also taking 18g of inositol a night.
No natesto on the morning of testing. Some days I would forget to take Natesto, or sometimes I’d double dose.
I have a separate lab for SHBG which turned out to be...
Still waiting on SHBG results (it’s going to be high) and my iron panels. Hopefully they’re in by tomorrow.
I have tested thyroid antibodies more than once in the past, and all have been in range and checked by Dr Saya. So I have not tested antibodies anymore to save money.
Maybe I’ll try...
Carnivore still causes histamine, especially pork and shrimp are 2 off the top of my head.
Not sure if Benadryl will fix. I feel like I’ve read things about histamine intolerance that say Benadryl makes it worse.
Copper RBC is hard to find anymore. I bought mine off LEF but it seems to be gone...
Your iron labs seem good. Too much iron, even normal range could cause oxidative stress. May want to test copper rbc to see if it’s low, as it’s involved with further processing of iron.
Shot in the dark regarding symptoms could be high histamine or histamine intolerance.
Checkdis, I wasn’t able to find your natural SHBG in prior posts. Only see SHBG on a prior clomid and TRT. Do you know the number?
My thyroid labs, including antibodies, are normal except for a high reverse t3. Doc said he felt something while feeling my swallow. I’m not sure if that means I...
Most of the time they are operating by one employee. Asking for the manager would give them a laugh.
If you’re a guy, your frame and state of mind can determine how you’re treated. People, especially women, can sense any of these timidness/uncertainty/compassion.
It’s a skill that has taken...
There’s no way they could ever find the true number of suicides. Most that go to the doctor to report symptoms will hear:
“Finasteride is safe”
“Finasteride cant cause this”
“You’re just depressed”
Etc
Many never even connect the dots. The ones that do connect the dots will likely never tell a...
