I had an increase in my FSH and LH while taking 12.5mg of clomiphene daily and adding 1gm of topical 2% T. I would like to try enclomiphene because the cc has raised shbg and lowered my free T. I like the lh and fsh increases but not the drop in free T.

I use 2x750mg capsules every night. Been on it 3 years. Can not say I have seen an additive effects related to duration of therapy. I use it because as use low cost and no side effects.

I use 500u every other day. I can get a T level of 500 from this alone and use topical T to supplement. It was restored a good amount of the testicular size. Would enjoy more ejaculate volume if reducing hcg dosage would help. My sweet spot might be 350u every other dsy.
