Interesting. I had my cortisol tested October 2019 and my levels were borderline low. That was on injections though. I’m going to get them retested this week. I’ve used preg on and off with varying success. Lately it seems to do nothing for me.
I want to bump this old thread for discussion. I’m wondering if this might be why so many feel good on the cream initially, then crash months later? Perhaps once DHT is elevated for a prolonged period cortisol crashes? I’ve been on the cream since April and had initially felt better than...
I agree they are high. I was feeling better with the higher levels though, up until recently. And Dr. Saya gave me the go ahead with the dose. I’m actually considering going back to injections at this point.
Those were done over 2 years ago, I’ll have to dig to find them. From what I remember t3 and t4 were fine but rt3 was like 29. That’s why we started on t3.
Currently on test cream 200mg/ml 3 clicks a day all in AM scrotal application. Hcg 500mg 2x week. 35mcg t3. 50mg P5P. Have been on pregnenolone at varying doses on and off, currently off. MK-677 25mg/day.
last labs were late summer, but I’m guessing they are about the same.

I’m wondering if anyone has felt better without thyroid meds? I started t3 prior to trt due to elevated rt3. I’ve been on trt just shy of 2 years and still can’t find a balance. I generally test high on t3 and mid to low on t4. Been feeling really fatigued and lethargic lately. I trust Dr...
Has anyone else other than the OP had success with increasing cortisol levels? His section on cortisol replacement is really interesting. Seems very complex though.
Pretty sure there are plenty of people that have tanked their E2 that have also been on HCG. Honestly if you’re so curious just give it a go. I would def start with a micro dose and work your way up though. And keep an eye on your labs. I think this is where most people fail.
It’s been a bumpy ride. Some periods where I felt really good and think I have everything figured out, then they always fade. Lately I’ve been feeling really fatigued. Like I could sleep 12 hours a day if I wanted to. It’s frustrating. Orgasms have seemingly been much better on the cream though...
@Cataceous do you know the relative safety of using kisspeptin and gnrh? I’ve seen some people saying it can cause desensitization of the gnrh receptor. I’m curious to try it, but I’d like to know how safe it is.
@Cataceous can you explain your protocol in greater detail? I’m curious about the GnRH? I’ve never even heard of that. Is it something Defy prescribes? Also curious about your progesterone usage. Not sure if you are on a large dose or not? I’ve only ever seen the cream. Apologies if you’ve...
Are you saying you make more progress with an inconsistent protocol than with a steady dose? That’s interesting because I notice that when I change my protocol I feel really good for about a week, then that feeling slips away and I feel like crap again, until my next protocol change. It seems I...
Right on, man. I’m a year and a half in on TRT and am to the point where I’m considering an AI. I’m on the cream now and my estrogen is in the 80s last I did labs. I tried like hell to avoid one, but after so many protocols with limited success, not sure I have a choice. I def feel better on the...
I just started on the cream this weekend. I’m thinking about going in next week to run some labs to see where my levels are at and adjust from there. I know with the short half life of the cream, timing is really important for labs. So my question is, how many hours after I apply the cream...
Hi everyone, I’m thinking of giving the scrotal cream a try after almost a year of injections and limited success with varying protocols. I’m wondering if there are any high shbg guys like myself that have tried the cream and what has been your experience?
My shbg pre-trt was between 55-70. On...
