Dhea and pregnelone

Hi everyone

I’m on 122 mg of test sust a week daily Im injections .

Im looking to add Dhea and preg to my protocol ?

I’ve just added Dhea at 25 mg in the am .

But not sure what dose to add of preg?

I’ve got 100mg tablets but don’t want to start at that dose , so just bought 25 mg tablets ,
Im going to keep with the Dhea at moment and see how I feel before adding the preg first

But just seeing what dose u lot run your Dhea and preg ?

And if it was worth it and if improved your protocol ?

Will get bloods done once I’ve been on them both a while

Not long had a blood test but the labs messed them up

So will wait till get time to pull some more bloods

I would just add in the DHEA and skip the the pregnenolone.

I originally just use DHEA 25 mg, later I added pregnenolone. I really don't feel like I need either, only reason. I like to keep my dhea levels in a good range. Try just using the DHEA + see how you feel.

Just read up on preg helps with anxiety and better sleep reason I was infested in it

I’ve ordered some 25mg tablets will put them aside and just see how I go on the Dhea first .

Are you able to get DHEA gel/cream?
Most guys feel way better on transdermal DHEA than oral. Some guys report a dramatic increase in libido on a high dose of transdermal DHEA.

Got dhea & pregnenolone in it, although i can't find out exactly how much. Also, not cheap. I've been debating getting some myself, but i'm not sure i want to spend that much to find out if it's any good.

Not that i can find, no. I noticed iherb uk does dhea cream though. Again, not cheap, at least this one tells you how much is in it though (15mg dhea per 1/4 teaspoon)

I found those doses 75 mg Dhea in the 5 pumps

So would only need 1/4 or 1/2 a ml a day

25mg or 50 mg

So would get 30 days , 60 , 90 or 120 depended on dose u want …
