Why do you think you have leaky gut? Leaky gut isn’t an actual diagnosis. There is debate in the medical literature about the validity of it but it seems that increased intestinal permeability (aka leaky gut) is more likely a symptom of a chronic inflammatory issue in the GI tract rather than a primary issue of its own. Chronic inflammation being things like undiagnosed inflammatory bowel disease or exposure to foods you are allergic or sensitive to.

So, getting to the root cause of that inflammation is the way to fix it.

Have you been to see a Gastroenterologist?

Glutamine comes up regularly as potentially helpful with gut health but again, the studies are mixed as to the actual benefit.

Nope. Never seen any Gastroenterologist. Do they diagnose leaky gut? Or cause of any intestine inflammation?

But I see a Rheumatologist who try to reduce my inflammation. I thought may be the leaky gut causing inflammation. Since food is leaking through the intestine and alllergic reaction causing inflammation.

A Gastroenterologist would help you get to the bottom of any GI symptoms you are experiencing. They will not diagnose you with leaky gut because leaky gut is not an actual medical diagnosis. They will look for what might be causing inflammation in your GI tract.

There also is no evidence that “leaky gut” is the cause of any illness. It’s a theory that it is part of the cause of autoimmune disorders like RA. But, again, no evidence that it does. So, I wouldn’t look at it as a way to help your RA.

This is a decent non-medical jargon article that might help explain it better.

Leaky Gut Syndrome

DR. Gundry's book Gut Check covers this topic I believe. I haven't read it but I have heard him interviewed on the topic. Curing his own leaky gut apparently resolved his enlarged prostate. There is a test for it (Zonulin and/or LPS maybe?) but I have forgotten exactly what it is. The cure typically involves eliminating foods (such as grains) that in some people damage the gut lining. I suspect resolving things like SIBO and establishing the proper gut bacteria is also necessary. I think Dr. Ruscio also wrote a book on this topic.

I would find a holistic/integrative Doc who specializes in this issue (likely via telemedicine) if the books alone don't lead you to an answer. I would stay far, far, FAR away from mainstream Gastros since they are the people who ignored this issue in spite of increasing evidence for decades. For formal papers and research, I believe Dr . Allesio Fasano is the guru and the term you want to be searching for is intestinal permeability.

Eliminating a food that was causing me a low-level reaction massively improved my knee pain, so fixing your issues could certainly be a potential improvement for your RA. Look into the AIP Auto-Immune Paleo program.

Healing leaky gut definitely needs removing food allergens first.

Glutamine is an intestinal and systemic anti-inflammatory but it acts only temporary. It's unlikely to heal the intestinal mucosa if you keep eating foods that you are allergic to.

I was in Europe this summer and tried a herbal formula used by my mom for her gastritis. It really helped with mine and it contains anti-inflammatory Licorice extract (Glycyrrhiza uralensis), Fennel seed extract (Foeniculum vulgare), and Chamomile extract (Matricaria chamomilla) in equal proportions.
