So, long time since I blast a cruiser here; I'm pretty moderate in my use and never go above 600mg total in gear. 2023, I cruised on 150mg test/150mg mast all year. I got a divorce, and I decided to go cold turkey off everything in January. I noticed ED and libido after three weeks of being off and decided to go back on. Well, it never came back. I have tried everything from dosage, HCG, coming off HCG/clomid, and adding a very low dose of Tren and Primo, and the symptoms are still the same. I never had MPB, but I have noticed quite a bit of shedding over time since January.
Current Symptoms
- Weak erections
- Low libido
- Difficulty reaching orgasm
- mild hair loss
- lethargy
Previous bloodwork (07/08/2024 I attempted PCT, 4 weeks in on PCT before I stopped due to major fatigue)
- Total Testosterone - 60 ng/dL
- Estradiol - <15 pg/mL
- SHBG - 17
- FSH - 0.8
- LH - 0.9
- Hematocrit - 51.1 H
Latest Bloodwork (08/22/2024)
Total Testosterone - 921 ng/dL High/Normal
Estradiol - 37 pg/mL High/Normal
SHBG - 14 nmol/L Low/Normal
PSA - 0.75 ng/mL Normal
FSH - 0.7
LH - 0.2
Hematocrit - 50.2 H
Current Protocol
150mg Test E and 750iu HCG weekly
Test E is pinned 3x 50mg, and HCG is pinned 250iu 3x
I have tried Proviron which made my scalp burn a bit, but I didn't notice a lot of improvements
I am at a loss; this has been going on longer than expected. In the past seven years, I have never had this happen of using gear and going on TRT doses. Am I fucked for life? Is this utterly related to my low SHBG? Is my androgen receptor being overexpressed, or maybe my E2 receptors are done for? Help.
