Here are the supplements I take daily, in addition to test cyp, HCG and Ipamorelin. I will list the supplement, the strength and the number taken daily. I will also list why I take it and keep in mind that I may be misguided. I seem to take a lot and don't care to take something that is a placebo and not an effective supplement.

(1) Boron - 3mg - once daily...helps build muscle
(2) D3 - 50mcg - once daily - overall health
(3) Men's One MultiVitamin - once daily - overall health
(4) L-Carnitine - 500mg - once daily - helps burn fat
(5) L-Citrulline - 750mg - once daily - blood flow - ED and to prevent varicose veins
(6) NAC - 600mg - once daily - read on here that it was good to take
(7) Garlic - 1000mg - once daily - heart health
(8) Choline & Inositol - 25mg of each - once daily - improves mood
(9) Sea Kelp - 150mcg - once daily - regulates metabolism and thyroid
(10) Tart Cherry - 800mg - once daily - inflammtion - helps herniated disc?
(11) Curcumin - 400mg - once daily - inflammtion - helps herniated disc?
(12) L-Arginine - 1000mg - once daily - blood flow - ED and to prevent varicose veins
(13) Krill Oil - 1250mg - twice daily - fish oil substitute
(14) Pumpkin See Oil - 1000mg - once daily - prostate health
(15) Pygeum - 1g - twice daily - prostate health

I also have the following, which I have not started taking yet:

(1) Co Q10 - I think I read on here that it was good to take.

I am certain that some of these supplements may be a waste of money and that I what I am hoping some of you may be able to tell me. I have found it hard to find good data on the effectiveness of some of these supplements.

Thoughts, opinions and such are always welcome!

My opinions:

(1) Boron - 3mg - once daily...helps build muscle
IT DOES NOT
(2) D3 - 50mcg - once daily - overall health
5000 IU PER DAY IS THE DESIRED DOSE
(3) Men's One MultiVitamin - once daily - overall health
OK
(4) L-Carnitine - 500mg - once daily - helps burn fat
THAT DOSE IS TOO LOW. 1500 MG PER DAY
(5) L-Citrulline - 750mg - once daily - blood flow - ED and to prevent varicose veins
OK
(6) NAC - 600mg - once daily - read on here that it was good to take
PROVEN DOSE IS 600 MG TWICE PER DAY
(7) Garlic - 1000mg - once daily - heart health
DON'T CARE FOR IT
(8) Choline & Inositol - 25mg of each - once daily - improves mood
OK
(9) Sea Kelp - 150mcg - once daily - regulates metabolism and thyroid
OK BUT I DO NOT TAKE IT. IT'S GOOD FOR VITAMIN K IF YOU HAVE CLOTTING ISSUES
(10) Tart Cherry - 800mg - once daily - inflammtion - helps herniated disc?
I DOUBT THE DATA
(11) Curcumin - 400mg - once daily - inflammtion - helps herniated disc?
MOST DOES NOT ABSORB
(12) L-Arginine - 1000mg - once daily - blood flow - ED and to prevent varicose veins
OK BUT WHY ARE YOU TAKING IT ALONG WITH CITRULLINE?
(13) Krill Oil - 1250mg - twice daily - fish oil substitute
OK BUT IF YOU HAVE HIGH TRIGLYCERIDES ONLY
(14) Pumpkin See Oil - 1000mg - once daily - prostate health
I DOUBT THE DATA
(15) Pygeum - 1g - twice daily - prostate health
I DOUBT THE DATA

I suggest

Coenzyme Q10: 300 mg per day

Creatine: 5 grams per day

Melatonin plus phosphatidylserine if you have sleep issues.

Curcumin (from a tumeric supplement) is said to be better absorbed when combined with black pepper (eg in a tea) or you can get a formulation with pepperine included. The compound itself is also supposed to be better absorbed if heated in a cooked meal. It seems to work for me as an excellent anti inflamatory, helping me stay away from harmful NSAIDs.

I use the Ubiquinol form of CoQ 10, which is supposedly better for older people whose natural ability to make the compound has decreased. It is involved in maintaining energy metabolism.

I have recently discovered that 500 mg of Magnesium Glycinate about 2 hrs before bedtime and no more than 1 mg of melatonin greatly helps my sleep pattern.

Personally, I think you have way more supplements than you really need. When I begin my TRT journey and I was seeking optimal nutrition and health, and was taking all forms of vitamins, amino acids, supplements, fish oil etc. over the years I have dialed it back to simply a multivitamin, vitamin D, with the rest of my TRT protocol that which includes hCG and now Ipamorelin and bloodwork is best ever and I feel and look better than I have in 20 years. Save your money and stick to a few proven supplements.

I’m just recently tried a combo capsule of arginine and citruline. I get about same response as low dose cialis, without all the sides. My question is what is a good dosage of each, i realize there a lot of variable, just a good starting point would be helpfu, I’m flying blind at this point, maybe I was lucky that I had a good results with just one capsule per day. The combo capsule is 750 mg arginine and 250 mg citruline.

Decent list. Id eat pumpkin seeds instead. Up the l citrulline if you can. Consider a magnesium taurate which has taurine in it also. Hylauronic acid low molecular weight for skin and maybe some collagen peptides, cocoa for flavonals. I take the kyloic aged garlic also.
