Hi all,
I am 35yrs old and are thinking of starting TRT due to many symptoms i have of low T, just waiting to speak to a doctor.
One thing i'm curious about is, do your bones get thicker on TRT?
Makes sense that they wouldn't get longer as growth plates would be well and truly closed by now...

Maybe it’s some other reason then like cardiovascular. I’m actually the opposite of obese. Very skinny but there is also little muscle mass. I’m 6.2 and weigh around 68kg.
I had my TSH hormones checked and I’m around 1.52 mU/L. Which seems to be mid/low of the range.
All my blood tests...
That makes sense because you see some young boys before puberty that still have typical masculine shape I.e broad shoulders defined muscle shape. Except those muscles grow bigger during puberty and obviously a growth spurt.
I am thinking of doing some genetic testing to try and find the route...
Hi all,
Wondering how much genetics plays a role in secondary sex characteristics vs total testosterone levels.
I read a paper (attached) which shows that professional athletes have testosterone levels around 500-600ng/dl, which is around my levels but i have very poor secondary sex...
Hi all,
For as long as I can remember I’ve had an issue with excessive sweating even during my childhood years. If I’m in a hot place I can sweat easily but the most embarrassing is very early during sexual intercourse so much that I have to stop. It’s definitely abnormal as my girlfriend or...

Hi Peter,
Did you manage to go any further with your investigations?
I basically i think i have a similar issue to you.
At the start of puberty i was similar height and size to my peers, then between the ages of 12-15 i think by puberty development was quite slow. Other boys...
Hi all,
I was feeling like I might have low T levels as I have been suffering with some recent bouts of ED and generally low mood and energy.
So I got a blood test done and my total T was. 560ng/dl with a free T of 8.8ng/dl which I’m told is low enough for low T symptoms.
I did a full panel...
ED can be strongly linked to cardiovascular issues so wondered if that could be the problem. Also Testosterone I’ve heard does act as a vasodilator so trt would help with blood flow?
Hi all,
I’ve recently decided to get some blood tests done to assess where my total and free testosterone levels are at as I’ve for a very long time been suffering with ED issues.
I would say I also have a lack of energy and motivation to do anything.
The first blood test I have my results...
I eat quite well, lots of green veg on my diet. And work out and run regularly. I also wonder if my ED could be cardiovascular related and not due to T levels
Hi guys,
Looking for some advice following some recent blood work I’ve had.
I’ve been suffering with erecitle dysfunction for a very long time now. Pretty much since I was sexually active in my early 20s which makes me believe I have some fairly major hypogonadism. I never could really...
