I tried the cream and injection protocol after 2 years struggling with injections only at a variety of doses and timing. Finally took the plunge and switched to a clinic that focused on creams. Before, conversations were more about how low SHBG impacted the benefits and trying to manage E2...

Alright...after much deliberation, I've decided to follow Bbex to the scrotal cream only approach with a different clinic. I really hope, after all these struggles, I can report back great success in a few months.

Before reading another post...let me tell you this...If you feel great don't start messing around with your hormones!!! Stop now!

Are you, by chance, take an AI. I thought that T was increasing my BP, but it was the AI.

Glad for you and jealous...I'm a long time struggler with T, but seriously thinking of switching to the creams.

It wou lt would be interesting to test you cream peak area 2-3 hours after dosing...I imagine it's close to double your 12 hour trough test.

CTI had lowish SHBG as well, so that is encouraging to me...regarding the cream at high doses working.

Thanks for the update...I think I will go for it with Dr. Nichols. For some reason, I just haven't responded well to the injections and I don't have the patients to wait 2 months after every dose change. 3 years and I feel the same with low and high T, low and high Free t, low and lower...

Had a similar TRT route as yours. Strongly considering switching to Dr. Nichol's approaches and clinic, after 3 years with another clinic. Like so many that have found success, you might not check in with Excel, but just in case...looking for an update before I make my final decision.
