Thanks for the lead. I did see doctor Rothenberg mentioned as one of the many TRT pioneers in Dr. John Crisler's book-Testosterone Replacement Therapy. I verified he does not take my insurance. Will continue to search. Any advice or leads are greatly appreciated.
