Your total t is fine. Your DHT should be at least 10x your total t though.
Also, your free t is WAY low. It should be 10% of your total t.
Most men do better when their estradiol is between 20 and 25. You may be aromatizing testosterone to estradiol.
It is best to cut them and let them sit for 15 minutes so that the enzymes within have a chance to work before cooking them. Not sure if the stomach acid would do the same thing as heat, but I would play it safe and cut them ahead of time before swallowing.
