I freely admit to not reading every answer, so I'll apologize in advance if this answer was already provided, but I get my Test from Amazon Pharmacy. I'm not in CA, so I don't know anything about whether Amazon will or won't ship it there.

I hate the 1ml vials because of all the accumulated residual waste. You lose a little bit of product in every container, which means you lost a little bit in a 10ml vial, and 10 times that in 10 1ml vials.

That's what I do. They charge a $30 admin fee to call prescriptions in to local pharmacies, but that's per call, ie, if you have three prescriptions called in to the same pharmacy at the same time, it's $30 total. Three scripts to different pharmacies or at different times, it would be $90...
