I can only respond from personal experience. When I was on trimix I would occasionally go away for a weekend and take an un-refrigerated syringe of trimix. It still worked the same after 2 days. This is certainly not a recommendation, just anecdotal information.

Yes it's over the counter so you can pick it up anywhere. It did the trick for me after spending lots of time and money on tests, protocol changes, and so forth. I had almost given up on erections till I popped 25 mg. of DHEA.

No I had no negative reactions at all. My DHEA levels were already above range and did not change much on the next labs. But the positive effects were dramatic. Go figure.
