    Daily injections lowing the dose lowers HCT. You're always at peak T with a lower dose. If you don't lower your dose, you're just poking yourself more.

    Sub Q and more frequent lower doses allows you to use a smaller syringe. More frequent shots may allow you to use less T. That becomes important when you drive up your hematocrit and hemoglobin.

    I was using CPAP and got a smart watch that records levels. My levels are lower with CPAP than without it. All I found was you may be fighting against the CPAP. I lost weight and no longer use it.
