My reply is kind of meaningless but your levels are interesting low. 10mg TE daily subq brings me to 900 total. 5mg in the low 500. Do you feel off with 5mg?

I compare 10mg/d with 30mg 2 times/week. Kinetics might play a role too.

Dear Lord :) I am an "outlier" as well. 10mg TE per day bring my total close to 1000 and my free above 25. Plus my HCT goes over 50. And I wake up to early, I get moody etc. Not to forget there was hair on my desk, while there is non on 60mg/w .

The problem is translating a eating window from mice to human. Metabolism of mice is way faster. 14 hours of fasting for a mice might mean 72 hours for humans.

This is easy to find out. Just do not inject for a view days and see how you sleep. I am on 10mg daily. If I do not inject in the morning (so skip one day) my heart rate decreases by 5 beats or so the following night. In my opinion 14mg is high and 18 is way to high. 10 brings me to 925 total...

First idea. Even less then 100/week maybe 80. I can easily trash my sleep by increasing my dose. Exactly the same symptoms. I fall in sleep and very early in the morning I wake up.

You could also split the tablets and increase the intervals, there is no need to take Arimidex daily

The trough is quite easy to test in this blend. Just before injection. To find out what exactly the peak is needs luck or bloodtest every hour or so. Plus it depends on the volume, maybe the oil itself, the injection place, subq vs intermuscular etc. How did you manage to find out? It might be...
