Go see a cardiologist. Heart disease can negate the beneficial effects of testosterone. In your posts it sounds like you don't feel well regardless of treatment and test results numbers. The human body does strange things when your heart does not get enough oxygen.

Can daily dosing of unesterified Testosterone in water base carrier be an option for hypogonadism? I would like to get away from the oil carrier and the added ester in Testosterone Cypionate that has to be cleaved off by the liver. Can this work as a treatment for hypogonadism ?

Everyone, thanks for the advice. Would there be any merit for me to try low dose of raw unesterified testosterone in a water base ? That would eliminate the oil as a factor that may harm the endothelium? What about peptides such as epithalon, etc.. ?

Well then, if no comments, let me ask a dumb question. How will adding ostarine or RAD 140 to my HCG regiment affect my blood work ? My hunch is that I should feel more energy / strength / drive , but because they are not testosterone no increase shows up on blood work. Is this true or not?
