Seems like numbers are all over the place on how much HCG is needed to avoid atrophy. Some people are able to get away with very minimal doses while other need more of a significant amount. For those that use HCG just to avoid atrophy what is the dose/frequency that works for you and what was the lowest dosage you were able to get down to?
